Return Policy

14-day returns

If you're not happy with an order, you can return it within 14 days of deliveryfor a refund to your original payment method. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging — jigs that have been fished can't be resold, so we can only accept returns on items that haven't been used.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the return is because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective — in that case we'll cover return shipping and get a replacement or refund out to you.

How to start a return

Email info@pugetsoundrods.com with your order number and which item(s) you're returning. We'll confirm the return and send you the address to ship it back to. Refunds are issued once we receive the item back, usually within a few business days.

What's not covered

Custom or bulk orders made to your specification aren't eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or doesn't match what was ordered.
